This thing was gorgeous in person, but it was clearly still a mock up. It wasn't nearly as over-sized as all the other hypermotards out now. It's slender and short. It's going to redefine that whole class of bike.

I'm probably going to buy one when I get to Cali.

Early word from the US mag that got the exclusive first ride / test of it last week over in Europe was that they (mag guy) was in loooove with it. It's apparently quite small.

Also, straight of the CEO of Ducati, the production model has a 'pretty cool feature' that's absent visually from the prototype version (above).

Least lil bird told me.
