are these tires any good?
any idea how they compare to the BT45's?
I'm piecing together XR100 supermoto parts, and I found a new 110/90 16" tire on craigslist for sixty bucks...
fleabay 17" tires are $100-150, google shopping lowest price is $91.16, and it gets 4.5/5 star ratings (15 reviews) on motorcycle superstore
spend time getting info before spending money!
and 40% of the time people give me a hard time...but meh, I get free information, I just keep scrolling past the useless posts
(btw, for the record nothing that you post is useless...I'm still indebted to you for drilling out and re-tapping out a handguard for me, and doing a last minute swap on my FZR tires before I shipped out to cali)
(btw, I'm in Cali - if ya want to visit you're free to crash at my place, drive my F150, and take the CR125 to the MX tracks/desert, and the XR100 for sumo...just buy a plane ticket!)
Shit, Your bougus, and your post suck can I come out Cali?????

GFY!
and yes! trip also includes an FZR600 street bike for canyons (bout a 45 min ride)...and you can lane split
and bring your own gear!
For what it's worth... among the Triumph Bonneville crowd, the GT501 has been a popular replacement tire for the stock BT-45s for years.
You might also want to take a look at the Avon AM-26 RoadRider. Great tire -- I run that on my Bonneville, and it's a big improvement over the Bridgestones.

I can only tell you that I had a GT-501 on my Interceptor, and it worked and felt great!
