Anyone have any experience with the "RR" version of the Leatt STX brace?

    Link: http://www.leatt-brace.com/index.php.../street/stx-rr

The RR is suppose to be the "race" or "track" version of the STX brace and suppose to provide a larger range of motion in addition to be more adjustable to suits with humps. I know some here uses the STX brace for track/race, but just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with the RR version.

    Thanks.

The RR looks nicer than the Road that I have. I have no problems with the Road but now that the RR is available I would probably get that. It looks a little slimmer in spots and that should help with mobility a little not that there is much of an issue with it. Buy one and let us know how it is.

Adam, if you're thinking about replacing yours with the RR, you might want to consider joining hookit.com (if you already haven't) and applying for the Leatt sponsorship program. Over last winter, they offerer me 50% off any brace. Since the RR retails for $550, 50% off is a nice chunk of change.

Motorcycle.com did a review. Still restrict movement in tuck, and is 30% less effective than the road brace.
