I've got heated vests in stock...
Watch out for black ice in the morning. Also wet leaves and acorns. I ride all the time and I love fall/late fall rides. Watch out for Deer early in the AM. They are moving now. They move morning and night and pretty much hunch down during the day and eat.
Nope, but maybe you and Kenn can get a sleeping bag together to keep warm.![]()

special tires no, but i wont ride my liter bike with soft compound tires when the roads are this cold.
i always keep a pyrometer with me and use tire pressure relative to the load i'm carrying on each bike to keep heat in the tires.
btw:i like conti trail attacks and mich pilot rd II's this late in the year.

Egads.. this morning was cool... but the extra layer under the jacket was fine.... although gloves could use some work. I brought some of my snowboarding gloves in the bag today.. maybe I'll be wearing those on the way back home!
Downtown Boston I saw a lot of people on bikes this morning.. a little more than usual, I wonder why?
29 at my house when I rolled out this morning.
Bras cause cancer.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

I got 150 or so miles in today, running business errands, mostly gravel roads, but they are in great condition as well, lot of paving and grading went on this summer, now the gravel's compact, any oil on the surface of fresh pavement has had a chance to wash off, a good % of leaves are down, better sight lines in corners, hardly any traffic,

I'd love to be able to do that, unfortunately living at a condo means unless the bikes away for the winter its only protection is a cover, ie. once the first snow hits, it goes away![]()
it's still 65* here and sunny, though the afternoon winds have started to pick up over the past week or so...
..course my gloating doesn't mean much since the bike i've got here doesn't have a motor..............
hurray, strikethrough!
