I'd buy some land with a house ( party house ) in remote area and built my own small track. Nothing too fancy, just pretty much paved track layout road in the middle of big grass field. Then buy a few bikes so my buddies and I could chill on weekends Oh, and also, I'd buy a few hot asian girls so they could take care of my guests

Great minds think alike. I'd score a few hundred acres somewhere not as seasonal as new england and set up a SuMo track (paved like the one in Bulgaria?) , build a MX track, and set up a multi mile trail system in the woods. Oh yeah and I'd build a small house on it
