Got some new gloves and need to break them in for saturday. Any suggestions other than wearing them while I type at work?
Put them in the dryer on "air" setting(no heat) with a couple of sneakers. That ought to beat them a little softer.

I just wear them around the house and clench+release a fist as much as I can stand. That usually does it.

hehe... This is strange, but in the past I've thrown them into a bucket of water, Then I put them on and go for a ride to dry them out real good. It reshaped them to my hands pretty quickly.
Strange... I know. but it worked.![]()

Orrr, if you want them to be very supple, go to a shoe store, like Red's and buy a bottle of Neats foot oil. It is hand lotion for boots. Actual hand lotion will do in a pinch though, because after all leather IS skin.
Just beat off with em on a few times.

I just knew someone would take that ball and run with it.
Any leather item ... get it wet and go for a looooooonnnnnng ride till dry.
When wet, they are very flexible and will mold itself to your body.
Never use heat to dry leather.
yup, do the "get wet & ride" method.
