    The 'TRE mod' (timing retarding eliminator), which cost me nothing more than a ride down to TLMan's place...

    Its gotta be the Sato Low mounts and PC3R combo (gotta do them together)

    Thats the only mod I've done w/ the exception of the stainless braided brake lines (front for now) and the 'flapper mod'

    I cannot imagine riding in New England without these... You folks that don't have heat on your bikes are sufering needlessly, or stuck in your warm comfortable cars, when you could be enjoying the limited traction and fogged up visors...

    Currently its the lack of time to work on the bike. I have ordered the accessory socket kit, but there isn't a good heated grips kit for the bike that I have found... only had the bike for a few weeks now, so thats part of it too
