My gf needs gloves and she's never had motorcycle gloves before. Her hands are a bit unique and will need a fitting, and trying on different brands and gloves. Where is the best place for this? Might be heading up north into NH this weekend so shops in that direction would work fine also. Thanks!

How are they unique? Short stubby fingers/long palm, small palm/huge fingers, long fingers/short palm? I also have unique hands, but not knowing how hers are unique does not help with brands, fitment, etc.

Six fingered girl!
I got my gloves @ Moto Market, they were very helpful and had a good selection in sizes. I have little hands and very small wrists, so it's a pain in the ass to find ones that fit. This was a few years ago so I don't know how true this still is, but I'd give em a call, they were very good about all my newb questions.

Seacoast in Derry NH. Look for Held - they have a number of models that have shorter fingers (Steve comes to mind as one). Also, have her get Male versions of the Rev'it gloves or any gloves. Most female gloves are built with longer fingers to palm ratio.
I would def. check out Seacoast. Heroic makes gloves with extra long fingers with the intent to shorten as necessary (I have long fingers, and needed the extra length - best fitting gloves I've ever owned), and he does his tailoring right on site.
I have heard MotoMarket has great selection as well, but have not been there personally. A good rule of thumb I have found is, the bigger the shop, the better the selection of women's stuff. An exception - RJs in Nashua usually has good choices for women's gloves (at least when I have gone in). She may, honestly, have better luck with men's gloves, as the palms tend to be wider in general.

We went to moto market last night and a pair of female first gears fit her perfectly.not the most fashionable gloves but a good pair to get started on as a passenger.

Can she still use chopsticks with the gloves on? Heh..
I'd recommend MotoMarket, it's close, has a good selection, and Paul always gives good advice, he won't try to push something on you that you don't need. Got my HELD gloves there.
And don't believe everything you think.
ah passenger. I have short fingers...small hands and I have HEROIC gloves, size 9. They fit perfectly! but expensive for passenger...
