A lot of the things I would say here have already been said Manny... but don't let it get overcomplicated.
I found it helpful for me to think of only a few main points:
- Put my outside armpit right on the gascap.
- Rest my outside forearm on the tank itself.
- Split my asscheeks one on either side of the edge of the seat.
- Keep my inside elbow dropped down.
- Look through the turn and open my chest/shoulders.
- The above points should encourage your head to get down and forward but it's something I still have to think of in many turns, so that's the last point.
The asscrack-seat and armpit-gascap points alone should encourage MUCH improvement in your body position, as they essentially force your spine to get parallel to the bike.
The main thing that pops out to me is that your inside shoulder is closed, i.e. your upper body is literally pointing away towards the outside of the turn. Very unlikely you're going to be loose on the bars all crossed up like that unless your name is Mick Doohan.
The making a 'ring' around the handgrips like Gino said also helps me... in turns I often like to feel like the grips are moving around in my loose hands rather than me touching them.
