Wondering if anyone else has experianced the same issue's with there right foot.
Starting around last July I started having pain on the ball of my right foot while my 2002 Triumph Daytona 955i. Earlier in the year I had a 04' R6, 03' Z1000 and a 00' CBR929rr. And did not experiance any pain issue's, I battled with the pain all last season and never found a cure. Also I have yet to see a doctor regarding the pain.
I tried wearing sneakers on the bike while commuting a few times and different boots. With no relief, fast forward to this season. I'm riding a 06' GSXR 1000 this season and have only ridden around a 1k miles, but the pain is already back with a vengeance....
I've tried putting the arch of my foot on the peg more than the ball of my foot with no relief, so far the pain is the same or worse than last year.
Thinking about trying to retro fit rubber footpegs?
I don't think its the bike that needs fixing. its your foot.

Does it hurt when you walk or run, or is just while riding?
See if you can move the peg. I noticed it on a different bike that I would be pushing harder down on it.. and on longer rides I'd notice it. On the new bike the seating is different, and the pegs are closer to me.. I sit more relaxed and no pain in the foot anymore.. just a pain in the ass from the seat![]()
are you wearing riding boots? cause i found when wearing my work boots or sneakers they don't disperse the weight evenly and cause pain. when i wear riding boots i have no issues at all

Try some tank pads. Either stomp grip or tech spec. I have hip issues and never noticed huge problems on my wife's old 600 with tank pads. I just picked a set up for my hyper hoping for similar results.
I've had a bone spur on my right foot before and it sounds like what you're talking about.
Go see a podiatrist.
