I went to MMI I know what Im doing here chief
I had an 88 gray one and sold it for more than I paid for it. Picked it up in the mid 90's for 1700 and sold it for 2200 a few years later. They seem to be going up in price!

I don't remember much about my first bike other than that it was a Honda Super 90, circa mid '60s

1980(1?) Honda CM400T. Split the $300 cost of entry with a friend of mine, then sold my half to him when I upgraded to a 1986 Virago 1100. Mehhhhhhmoreeeeeeez.

In 1977 I picked up my first street bike. A 74 RD350. I was brave then and used to wheelie all over the place on that thing. Been riding since then. Was a awesome bike.
My first bike was one of these: 1976 Honda CB360.
My example was a lot less shiny, as I had gotten it at a garage sale for $25, with helmet.
Cost me $140 at the junkyard and the hardware store to make it run decently well.
Rode it for a few months, then sold it to a college student who needed transpo for $600.
My second bike was a 1960 Heinkel Tourist scooter -- 175cc of pushrod OHV four-stroke pure Germanic power.
I still own it, and it has about 85K miles on it total (25K when I bought it; 60K since).

That's the problem, I'd like to forget my first bike, a Kawasaki KZ305. It was pretty crappy.
For that matter, I'd like to forget my second bike as well, a GSXR 600 SRAD. Wasn't crappy, but it was definitely not my type of bike. That only took a few months to figure out.
Now my 3rd bike, an 08 Z1000, I loved that bike.

While I won't forget it, I really don't miss my first bike, '95 RF900R. It was really too much bike for a first bike, but I was a little older when I started riding so I could respect it. It was comfy, decent power, but it always seemed like I was changing plugs, the choke cable was always binding (usually with the choke engaged), and the suspension was soft for its heft.
Now my second bike, the Falco. That bike I'll never forget, I loved that bike, feel really bad for ever letting her go.
