No doubt. Now that I have confirmed it is insane fun and my DR is capable of these tight trails, a good pair of MX boots is on the horizon for the day trips.

It would be cool if there was an ADV boot with hard armor that clamped on, but that would probably be hard to do and prone to failure...

Alpinestars Toucans are supposed to be the really well armored adventure boots.
