ive been debating whether to get a gel seat or a corbin seat for my busa. not really sure if one is better than the other or not. anyone have any input about either?

Looks like you got everything except the good seamstess..![]()
funny joe, the seamstress is a great seamstress. the cover was made from copying the stock cover. it looks funny because the amount of foam i removed to change seating position. she was going to remake the cover but i said screw it, i wanna ride

im actually putting seat covers on so maybe ill try that idea.
where did you buy the meory foam?
if you notice the back part is good because i didn't remove any foam

haha, id still have a nice soft seat to sit on.
google aircraft seats or aircraft supplies. it supposed to be for an airplane seat and it is the ex-firm because im fat. i think i got it from wicks aircraft supply

yea i weigh 300 myself so id have to get the xxx-firm
they only had the x-firm. but 3 bills does explain the busa![]()

For a Busa I think a Corbin seat would be great. The gel inserts are pretty comfortable though.

we actually do alot of riding. i put over 12k on my bike last summer and it was in the shop for over a month getting the tranny fixed and then back in the shop at the end of the year.I thought you Legion of Doom Guy's were tough. You don't need a soft seat... plus you stand around & look at it more than you sit on it & ride, anyway
only 12k... see? I rest my case!
..... oh wait... what?![]()

12k in a few months isnt bad. alot of kids i know with bikes have like 2002 with like 8,000 miles.
Gel sucks heat from the sun ... then you go to sit on it ... helps pop out the 'roids!![]()
Never had a gel seat, but my bike had a Corbin, and it was great for long rides. Huge difference over the stock seat once on it for 40+ minutes.
