Fucking shit.
I ordered gloves and boots Monday, thinking 5 days was plenty of shipping time. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell.. the company sent them UPS ground and they aren't going to be here til fucking WEDNESDAY NEXT WEEK.
First I called UPS. I was hoping I could pay to have the order expedited. Some lady tells me that once its been shipped, it can't be changed. Then I trythe customer service at the place I bought the boots. They luckily had 1 pair of boots in my size left and they are shipping them and the gloves overnight (no charge for the shipping). I had to pay for them, but they said to just refuse the other package and they'd refund the money when they get the first set back....
so big kudos to motorcycle-superstore.com's customer service.

You're adventure is one reason I buy my gear from my local shops. I want to make sure of 2 things. #1 fit and #2 I have it when I need it. Peace of mind is worth a lot to me. Add in returns...
