I hate lazy people!

Specificly the local cops here...

First off I got nothing against police. Just the lazy ones in my town.

I drive an hour to the DMV yesterday to register the bike right. Well I get there and wait for over 2 hours then the storm knocks the power out! Computers are down get told to come back today. Get a front of the line pass which is cool.

Drive ANOTHER HOUR there today to get told I need a vin verification and have to bring the bike to the police station. Fine I drive an hour home and go to the local police station on a 1300 CC Bike IN THE RAIN.

I get there and its not raining anymore. On the ****ing door they have "No vin verification today" due to weather! I was like AHHHH ##()#$@$#@ I go in and ask politely about it and they give me an attitude and tell me to go away even after I hold up my helmet showing that I rode in.

And there is no vin verification tomorrow! And my front of the line pass runs out tomorrow!

Don't forget the 10 dollars for a temp tag 8 dollars now for dam tolls and another 10 for a vin verification and about 40 in gas!

You know what. F this just got off the phone with the town that the registry is in and THEY are doing vin verification today! About to ride the busa an hour in the rain to get the dam thing registered lol. Wish me luck!

That's why I like CT. No bike inspections, just bring the title, fill out the form and get your plates in the mail. Same goes for a car.

i was gonna say any PD can do a VIN check....try woonsocket...they are usually cool about it

If you buy the bike from out of state either private sale or from a dealer or you move here from another state you need to get it checked.

I have had a few horrible expierences with the Coventry Police. I have no respect for them what so ever considering they have proven to me on a few occasions that they do not care about or respect there citizens. When i went to get a VIN check and and to fill out a report for a lost plate it was like i was commiting a crime. Was blown away by the total disrespect both times. I dont expect the world by any means but a "Hello" not a "what do you want" means something to some people.

Yea no shit! they forget us taxpayers are the ones supporting their sorry lazy asses. Nothing worse than some asshole who thinks you have to kiss his ass just cause he has an authority over you.

Kinda like when I visited a friend in middleton jail. They fucken treated me like I was a fucken criminal. WTF is up with that? Meanwhile those duchebags are smuggling in drugs for the prisoners
