Fess-Up who was it?

So I wake up this morning about 4 am to the not to distant song of a I4 bike ripping along.
It sounded like it was doing the route 1B and/or 1A loop between Portsmouth and Hampton. Sounded like fun and made me almost throw the leathers on and join in.

So who was it.......
