    Even a 30 or 32 for a chick is pretty big. Most chicks I know would kill me if I said they need a 32 never mind a 36. I think 5'8" == a size 6 or 8 or a mens small.

    Hah. That happened to me when I went to buy my textile jacket... the guy in the store was CONVINCED i'd fit into a womens medium, or large at the absolute biggest. I humored him because he was insistent then made fun of him when I showed him I couldn't even get my arms in front of my because the shoulder area was too small.

    Needless to say the x-large fit quite nicely....

    People (male or female) have different frames - the chicks you're refering to have petit to slender frames (bone structure), people like me are in the average frame category (more chicks tend to fall into the slender category hence your comment)

    Its always hard to turn down a date when you meet the guy and realize your shoulders are broader than his.
    (and no this is not code for fat - I invite ya to poke my bony ass shoulder for verification)

    I decided to bail on the trackday idea. Not enough time to plan /probably want to put in new brakes before. I'll go out and buy the gear I need and try for the next one

    36 pants because I figured I could wear jeans underneath...

    34 is my usual wear with a belt size (no fashion sense)
    Well if its any help. If you go to Tonys at the end of Sept Ill have my second set of leathers with me. Its a two piece and you should be able to get into it easy enough. Last time up we put Kate's girl in them for a spin around the track.

    Sure I'll give you my feelings on your shoulder anytime, and I'll promise they are not bigger than mine too.

    Looking for pants to put on a girl goes against everything I believe in... Actually, she would probably fit it my riding pants, which I would happily lend, but I live on Martha's Vineyard, so, as usual, I'm not much help.

    Thanks Stone. Yeah the pants I was wearing were textile but are mostly mesh so I doubt they would be acceptable???

    Duct tape is like "The Force". It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together.
