im looking for a set of tyres for my bike here in bermuda, the local shops are useless, and i seem to have an odd size tyre combo.
the stock size is 100/80 17 front and 130/70 17 rear. it currently has continental twists on it, but ill take anything sticky.
i have searched a lot, i can find them in the uk but shipping is a bit much to get them here. anyone have any suggestions?
they would be going on a motorhispania mh7, its a 125 four stroke single.

you can't order from motorcycle superstore or any other 1 billion sites?
I am sure with all the great deals you can make the shipping money up in sales.
Just curious, not being a smart ass. Good luck
Try www.bikebandit.com -- they always have great deals on tires, and have LOTS of tire. As to shipping:
"International orders will be shipped by UPS. All duties, taxes and brokerage fees are included in the order total."
On the East Coast, take a look at:

and
http://www.ronniesmailorder.com/default.asp
... not sure what they do on int'l shipping, though ...
And don't believe everything you think.
Wow that bike is wicked cool. Tires should be easy to find. The tire sizes are nearly identical to an EX500. Try the Pirelli Sport Demons.

the problem is that all of the big sites i have looked at all sell tires for big bikes, not a lot of options for these little things. i dont need to ship it here i would just bring them back with me on my next trip over.
the pirelli sport demons are close but the profile is higher.
ill look more into it.

Bob, I'm sure a 110 front would be just fine if you want to match sets. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...ront-Tire.aspx ?
well, maybe give them a shot.
i have about 4500km on the contis and they look almost new, if you can ignore the large screw sticking out of the rear.
cycle gear always has sales as well
so i went into a local dealer today, and one of the bikes on the floor had sport demon's on it, in the exact size im looking for. but they don't sell them because they cost too much and they don't last. the "vee rubber" tyres they sell last a long time, no comments on warm up time or wet/dry traction.
looks like i might be getting a pair of these

the local dealer has to order at least three sets, now to convince my friends that they need these tyres.
