Long story short ventured into nh and got a ticket for operating without a license, no court date and paid the ticket already, I'm on my permit in mass and I need to know if mass will suspend my permit and what else could happen
Were you cited for no license because NH won't recognize MA's permit? Or because you couldn't provide proof of having one?
Assuming this is a motorcycle permit. Are you a junior operator (under 18)? Even then, I'm not sure it'd matter unless there were other infractions. I'm trying to think of why this ticket would cause MA to suspend. I think the only outcome might be your insurance going up for receiving a moving violation. And that only happens if/when NH reports it. In theory, they report everything. In practice, it seems like they don't always do it, or MA doesn't get around to making use of it.

Restrictions of a mass permit for motorcycles:
Can't ride at night
No passengers
Can't ride out of state (hence nh)
I don't think nh and mass talk with each other, so just pay the fine to nh.
I remember getting pulled over for no inspection sticker on a friend's bike when I first got my permit. Just had to pay the fine and got points on my insurance, but nothing happened to my permit. I was over 18 and had a class D license already, so that might make a difference.

Yes because they won't recognize mass permits, ticket is rsa 263:1, driving without a license, license required. No court date already payed.

Yeah I hope they don't talk.
IIRC MA and NH RMV/DMV have reciprocity. The only state that doesn't in this area is VT.

So what does this mean for me?
If you're not already signed up for an MSF Basic Rider Course, worth it for:
- just good instruction
- skip the road test
- offset additional insurance charges you may incur due to the moving violation
Other than that, expect normal interactions with the Mass RMV with maybe some additional financial hassle down the road.

From the RMV website you need a six month clear record to get a license.
That said, my very limited experience with NH is that if you pay right away, they don’t report it to MA. Not sure how you could find out what your record is in advance.
You might be able to skirt the issue by taking the MSF BRC course ASAP, recommended anyway.

Does any of this entail suspension? What happens after my suspension? How long until I know...?
What?

Although there is reciprocity between MA and NH, often ticket information does not show up, so you may not have any issue. Moreover, the data is mostly focused on submission to the merit rating surcharge board, rather than the disciplinary arm of the RMV. In the unlikely event that you do receive a suspension notice, or encounter an issue when seeking licensure, you can and should request a hearing to explain why it was necessary for you to venture into NH on your motorcycle and that you encountered an issue (speeding?) as a result of such requirement to be at your destination in NH. I too, would highly recommend the MSF Basic RiderCourse; it offers very good instruction, eliminates the need to take the RMV road test, is inexpensive, and offers a discount on your insurance forever that will easily offset the cost of the course. Best of luck.

For real?
I was pulled over for speeding but not cited thankfully, I already took the msf but In mass you must have drivers ed to get a motorcycle endorsement if under 18 so they would not give me my class m since I didn't have class d drivers ed so already payed 375 for that course it ended up being a waste of money
