file a claim against his insurance.
Friends that lie are not friends.
Bring him to small claims court.
Put a mechanics lien on his house or car.
All kinds of ways you can fuck with him .. he ain't your friend.
ummm..... a severe ass kicking is in order + repayment for damages.
oh and a free weekend pass in the eclipse.........![]()
it is time to ride B!TCHEZ !
Boss - that guy is NOT your friend.
Putting his hands in the air, like he just doesn't care.

Ya Im with this. A beating and then get that car for a weekend. If he doesnt want to pay for the damages when you have the car light it up a few times and see if it really has 350 horses or if its just a bunch of bs.Originally posted by 01YZF6

Kick his ass.
Make him pay for damages.
Key his car.
Or you can do what some member of this board did and put valve grinding compound in his oil.![]()
Oh yeah Bang his girlfriend.
You suck at life. Why don't you quit?
My dad told me I could be anything I wanted when I grew up. So I became an Asshole.

I don't know what you could put a mechanics lien on for, a mechanic lien is for not payment of services rendered, for installing the stereo ?
I doubt his insurance covers damages to your vehicle
Ask him to pay for damages, if he doesn't then court
If he pays without any actions on your part other than first asking he pay, then I'd let it go, lesson learned,
other than that, don't be afraid to let other people know who he is and what he did, some other people may think he's a "friend" too

Two things:
a) he's not your friend, he's what we call a "wanker".
b) I love the way Massholes use "bullshit" as a word.![]()
Bang his girlfriend. My bike is a POS, and even I dont think I'd trade someone their car for my bike for 3 days.![]()
I know a little about everything, and alot about nothing.
The best way to put it is you really got fucked. But if he pays for the damage you just got fucked. If he is really your boy you should not even have to ask him for the money to fix it.
I would stop being such a pussy. You're a super hot stunta on a crunchy stunt piece yo. word.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
Everyone missed the most important point...
He let the kid ride his bike when he wasn't there to witness it.
The only way I'd ever let someone ride my bike is if he allowed me to ride his and we rode at the same time. (given that I knew his riding skills in advance)
After hearing about the Brockton thing though, I don't know if common sense would come into play here.
He isn't ever going to pay you or fix your bike no matter who you tell how much of a bitch he is.
Now what ya gonna do?

I let people ride my bikes all the time. Cars/truck too. Some I'd call friends, some just acquaintances. Never a problem. I'd say you have some dickhead aqcauintances. Or I'm just a nicer guy than you, so people don't piss on me...
Yo...
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
I've let perfect strangers, never before met internet friends, riding friends and family ride my bikes. Never been an issue but I'm usually careful about the type of person I let ride my bike. I also make sure I'm riding something worth more than my bike of theirs at the same time.
Don't put yourself into situations like that. It never works out well. If it was a pickup truck to help a friend move on a weekend, sure, but a diehard sportbike and sportscar? Nah. Those are toys, not borrowed transportation.

Back in the 60's my dad and his buddies all drove small block Chevys. One of the crew who was a bit of a tard used to always ask everyone if he could borrow their headers for a while to put on his car (as in temporarily)....
