All of you saying you won't ride X brand, what brand and why not?

Personally I like the best equipment for job, regardless who's name is on it. Given a good bike, I can't think of any name/logo on it that would cause me not to ride it.

(Obviously I can think of lots of specific bikes I wouldn't ride, although probably from every manufacturer, so don't go there. )

I can't imagine that ANY of the offerings from the Big 4 (just to start with) actually "suck" these days...

I'm not gonna get into reasons why..but for me it's Yamaha or KTM...or nothing at all....and it took a LOT of convincing to get me on a KTM

And Friday is my day off from working on the house....so I spent a couple hours cleaning the bike and giving it a once over. All I really have left to clean is the chain and sprockets.
I"m just gonna add my usual cosmetic goods to it and call it a day, Just a Yamaha seat cowl and a Puig black double bubble screen. Could use some fresh rubbers so it'll get some pilot powers sometime before spring.

Not that it was dirty...but it did clean up pretty good

i to am puzzled by your loyalty to yamaha. i get you prefer there product but the extent is confusing. as long as any bike maker makes me pay for there product i will ride what ever is a better fit for me at that time.
