If I remember correctly you can use either the front or rear axle or some crazy shit like that. I can't remember.

Look on the interwebz and you might find what I's talkin bout. There is some crazy way to get it off without the tool.

It's a castle nut, you can grind a socket to fit if you've got a cut off grinder handy.
