Broken fingers? ouch....

I'm sure some dirty comments about that will surface soon, don't worry!

Took the beast out today, mostly dirt roads in 1st gear for the first hour, then 90-105 on Rt.2 to Leominster and back the rest of the time. It was great, my bike was mostly shit-brown from the dirt roads, then I went hummin by a new ZRX1200R (bike i want too) that was doing a mear 85. Pshhh....new bikes......pshhh

well it was in the high 60s today out in LA i went out for a little over 200 miles (got a little lost part of the way, hehe), and then out of sheer stupidity i dumped my bike while parking it. damn i was exhausted. the bike escaped unscathed, but i broke 2 fingers, and now i can't do this:

How long before they heal up so you can ride again?

It's only the last 2 fingers on my left hand, so I can still clutch... i think

I don't know how long they'll take to heal... i taped them to some popsicle sticks for now and i'll go to a doctor or something on monday.

Bummer about your fingers. Ouch. I cut my left index finger through some of the bone with a power tool last month. Pretty much healed up now.

I did get to ride to work on Friday and it was suweeet! Did about 200 miles all told between my commute and lunch ride. Groton and Dunstable MA have some seriously fun roads.

Rode in today too, but I took my big bike cause it was so cold (and because my 9R is in parts while I'm repairing the crash damage from last year). The old bike still runs great. I've got over 1000 miles for the season so far.
