info on slip-ons....

Looking for a good deal on a slip on for my 2002 gixxer 750....do I need a jet kit also?...and who makes the best sounding pipe... I hear yoshis are nice...any help would be nice,....thanx Rock

Hey Rock,

ya can TRY to install a jet kit in it, but I'm guessing you'll have a hard time finding the carbs. :-)

Slip-ons? Go for Akrapovic, Jardine, Yoshimura for quality, Two Bros, D & D for good sound with a bit less quality.

Should be no need for a power commander with a slip-on.

You should have a Power Commander anyway. If ya don't, I'd make that the purchase before anything else...

But I'd go with Yosh or Akro for the Gixxer...
