now I could be wrong on this one... but I'm fairly decently almost positively 100% maybe sure that HD riders who don't wave couldn't care less about waving to a sportbike rider... I doubt the thought never even enters their thick bearded dome piece. It's kind of the same as numbnuts who don't use their car turn signals...

For what it is worth, I am a member of a sportbike community and a Harley community.....and the sportbike community is far more intollerable of anothers style or choices than any others.

I ride so much interstate now and have no interest in going fast anymore - does this mean that I'm growing up? or just getting soft? I am now waving to everyone just because of this post - I had never thought of it that way.

I'm going to smile to myself every time I wave to a Harley and they dont wave back, confident in the fact that they will be grumbling to themselves for 1/2 a mile or so.

Jane, for what its worth in high school I was voted most likely to be come a club brother.. & Ive got more friends who ride cruisers. Me I like all bikes was going ta get a new sportbike. And then the practical side of me said get a bike I can live with. + the fact it will blow off just about every 600 in the 1/4.. I almost got a Suzuki Boulevard M109R but when I looked @ them . I put a windshield on it today. & going to put hard bags on soon.
