Do all FZR600's have the same rear wheel size?
Are they all 18x4?
How much should I expect to pay for a used one?
How much are tires?
This one has a tire, one bid @ $10 w' $35 s&h

Thoughts?
4X18 rear and 3X17 front.
110/70-17 front tire and 140/60-18 rear tire.
The rear is an odd size now but the front is very common.
All the FZR600's should take the same wheels.

some have a 3 1/2 inch rear wheel...

It's gotta be the 88-89 model. I could have swore they shared the same wheels as the FZR400.

The 88-89's came with the 3.5"x18" rear, and the 90+ come with the 4"x18" rear. I believe all years came with the 3x17" front, and all came 'stock' with a 140mm rear tire? I have a 150 rear on now, but honestly, a 140 might actually be a better choice. I think the profile is a bit pinched, and the turn-in at high speeds in quick transitions is a bit of a "fight", curious if the 140 would be a huge improvement over the 150. Not to mention by the time you get the 150 to the edge of the tire on a 4" rim, you are dragging peg/exhaust can.![]()
I know a little about everything, and alot about nothing.
Did the thing hit the brake arm? Even my 150 is *fairly* close to that, enough so that I dont know that I'd dare put a 160 on.
