Kobe leathers no longer imported?

I just got this in response to an inquiry about a deal on new leathers:

We are no longer importing the Kobe line, so our selection is getting slim. I can offer you the same deal, as long as I have what you are looking for in stock. Inventory on the website should be up to date. Regards, Kathy

I'm a bit confused myself, I sent the e-mail to sales@kobeusa.com (the email provided on the Kobe USA site), got the response back from a KTM email address.
