CEO salary is like you described, because that doesn't factor in bonuses and shares of the company. Coach doesn't get a piece of the pie, well, maybe he does but not the kind that increases in value over time.

Not only did she allegedly have an affair with one of the most prominent figures on campus, but she also allegedly cheated on someone else involved with Arkansas athletics.

It's not too clear what exactly Petrino or Dorrell were thinking, but I'm guessing it was close to nothing. Both of them deserve equal punishment for the pain they have inflicted on the truly innocent parties involved
