...and, if you hit a false neutral going into a turn shift UP not down...trust me on that....
A lot of us talk about identifying brake markers...where to start braking. Steve from Penguin gave me an excellent excercise. Start by determining where you want to END your braking and crack the throttle to settle the chassis before your turn in. Keep that point constant and work backward until you find the latest brake point where you can comfortably be finished by that constant end point. Sounds backwards but it really helped me...!
