No, Lesson learned. I just got way to excited and grabbed a ton of throttle. Been off the bike for like 4 months. It sux not to have a License, but the ones who suffer more than me is my family. Now schedules have to rearranged so that i can get to work & my Kid can get to school. I tried to keep the ticket a secret, but my girlfriend found it in the my scanner this morning. (got an Earful)
I've had my L's since 05 & have managed to accumulate 21-points worth of infractions. enough is enough. I tried riding today and going the speed limit & it just felt awkward. the track may be a better options, but for now I just need to be in a car.

they dont give the restricted licenses anymore where you get to atleast drive to work?
not sure it falls under the same classification as the situation here, but yes.

There used to be a writer name of Mitch Boehm at Motorcyclist, or Cycle World, or whatever the fuck... He got a couple of tickets testing bikes in the cantons of SoCal in a months' time. Know what he said? He instantly became "the slowest guy on the road".
You oughtta join, if not surpass him, if they ever give the L's back to ya, Archie...![]()

Sell the bike ... hire a lawyer ... tell the judge what you did ... if you still have the need for speed - get a:
Jetski
motocross that cannot be driven on pavement legally (do you have the self control?)
Snowmobile for winter
hang glider
ATV 4-wheeler
road racing BICYCLE ... you can pop all the wheelies you want on those and thumb your nose.
Keep clean for 6-7 years.
Maybe ... just maybe then you will have learned a lesson.
If loud pipes save lives, imagine what learning to ride would do.
if mass treats this like nc does, your going to jail for 45 days minimum, lawyer or not
