All this Repsol talk
... Marquez has a ton of potential, just hope he stays safe.
Met him at Indy last year - couldn't understand a word, but he smiled a lot.
If you ain't first......you're last!

I think they said he escaped some serious injuries... Hopefully he can ride Sunday.
UPDATE: Marquez said of the crash: "Just after the hill on the straight I grabbed for the brakes but I closed the front. I tried to save it but the bike was pulling me towards the wall so I jumped from the bike to avoid hitting it. I hit my chin hard and strained my neck quite badly I also have some contusions to my right shoulder, arm and leg but other than that I'm ok. Thanks to all the medical team that were quickly on the scene to assist me. Now I need to rest and see how I feel tonight & in the morning"

I was so sad to see Marquez crash out of 2nd place! He had one hell of a tough weekend with 4 crashes, but to walk away barely injured from all those crashes is amazing! Here's to resting up for the next race and allowing his battered and beaten body to heal!
Repsol is my team! Loving that they are leading the Constructor's ChampionshipPedrosa is my second fav of the current group. Casey Stoner will always be my top though!

Pedrosa can go suck an egg, Marquez is fun to watch......but I wanna see Crutchlow, Rossi and Lorenzo duke it out. Toss in a Hayden and a Bradl and now we're havin fun...
I'll go for tossing in Bradl! Crutch and Dovi will make things interesting too! Respect Rossi, just not a huge fan. Not a fan of Lorenzo, although I know he has skill

Exactly how I feel about Pedrosa, skill level is definitely there but his personality, or lack thereof and the need to have Puig fight his battles constantly just doesn't do it for me. Though the Puig stuff seems to have slowed down lately, at least what I've read anywhere.
Lorenzo has a ton of skill but kind of boring to me. His personality as portrayed by the media is also kind if boring. He is just on his game right now which is awesome and boring to watch all at the same time. Like watching Schumacher and Vettel the years they dominated F1. You know the skill is there but it isn't exciting to view.
Marquez gets more and more interesting every time I watch him, skill level is there, he has a little bit of the wild child in there and he has a personality that should only get better with time (how he handled punting Lorenzo off the last corner was pretty good for a rookie).
Crutchlow is fun to watch, aggressive rider that doesn't seemingly care to play by the rules of MotoGP and will say what he feels instead of play the corporate game, gotta like that.
I'd like to see Rossi get back in the championship hunt just for the entertainment value, good multirider battles are always fun to watch and he has fun with the fans, the media and the other riders heads. The Gibernau comment about him never winning another race back in the day was great.
I miss Simoncelli!
Keep in mind, as with most of us, these opinions are based on the media representation of the various people. They may well be entirely different if you actually know them.

In an interview with Marc's eam they said he took a 25G impact! THey say he was not injured further, but then later say he cracked his humerus. Apparently broken bones don't count!
Kid is SOOOO lucky he hasn't had an awkward injury yet. The kind that will slow him down...
What if Stoner came back on the Duc in 2014, too bad he is busy crashing the V8's into the wall down under

Pedro taking out Nicky is ancient history (and Nicky still ended up with a Title) still there are some fans who want to crucify him for this 7 years after it happened. Aragon incident cost Honda third place points from Pedro's DNF and another 25 manufacturers points penalty, which is a big number! No doubt it will become ancient history by next season, but while Pedro still walking wounded from his get-off, which was positively caused by severed TC wire, and the title fight is not over yet, you can say this is a sore subject.
pedro is will most likely never see a premier class title. hes good, just not good enough. he was treated as the golden child when he joined HRC in 06 and hayden payed the price for that having to ride a bike that was built around dani. hes yet to produce. how he still has a job is beyond me. actually, i do , stoner retired.

Danny has a job because of Puig, no other reason
Marquez has brought some much needed life back to the series. Miss Super Sic. Wish stoner didn't retire. Lorenzo is a princess.
