Does anyone know of any place that does partial MC vinyl wraps ? I just want a couple fairings and fender done on my Tenere.Searching all I could find was vehicle wraps, and nowhere close to where I live in Sterling.
The graphics guys that did Dove's race team's bikes are a few towns over from you in Stow. I haven't had them do any work on my bikes, but the work I've seen is awesome.

I've checked out Chris', Duncan's, and Savs, and they are nice. Really considering doing mine over the winter and this is the place I'm going to.

I called and talked to Doug, told him I read recommendations from here.
I will try and get the pieces to him later on in the week.
Thanks for the help everyone.
good choice! he is incredibly creative so throw your ideas at him.
Can he color match the vinyl? Can that be done?
I would want a rather.. specific color.

I would like a new tail done someday. Sounds like it might be better to paint the base color and get some vinyl sections cut for any stripes or graphics, numbers, etc to lay over that.
Anyway, excuse my ramblings.
If possible he prefers you bring him the whole bike with bodywork installed. Makes it much easier to make his design flow from panel to panel, especially considering most of our race bodywork doesn't exactly have that "perfect fit."
Doug did my 600RR for team CMP and I couldn't be happier. I told him I wanted HRC meets CMP and showed him a few pictures of HRC bikes I liked. He came up with this:

Your bike looks nice !
I went down there today with my bike to finalize some colors and show him what he had to work with..It's just solid colors without any special graphics,so I am just bringing him the bodywork.Hopefully next week I will post some pictures of the completed work.Doing it for what I think is a very reasonable price as well.
Those bikes look incredible! I understand the price probably varies alot depending on how crazy the design is, but what is the general ballpark for wrapping a bike?? How does it compare to a professional paintjob? Just wondering if this is a viable option for me. Thanks!
Ballpark retail price is $600-$900 depending on labor. Typically Doug puts around 8-10hrs into an install plus design time.
What hasn't been highlighted is how easy it is to repair should you have an off. If bodywork is still stable and on the bike, it's literally like putting a bandaid on, easy peasy.

Wow, thats a pretty reasonable price, all things considered. Thanks
