    new sticky tires

I had an opertunity to go to njms this past weekend with a vender, there was some impresive responses from some tires , so I figured I would share , bridgestone 10r , I don't know a lot about tires , but the ones that where sold and raced this weekend came back with some happy people. Of course some of these guys where a bit pretensios about switching brands or even model tires , but if you could se the expression on there faces when they came off the tack , well it was like a kodack moment, 1 gvuy wanted to sell his 2 new sets back trade up, anyway , improved lap times , better longer wear, something about 3d traction groves make them grip the same when they wear down , no cupping or grove ridge around the tread ,and the best thing is how they stick. I googled bridgstone 10 r. And found no negative remarks , even aboutg the price , just under $400 set , anyway I thought I would share , hope this helps , WAWA rocks !

Did you get something to say all that? Sounds like a sales pitch.

Yes I know miles, no its not a sales pitch , that's why I didn't mention street&comp name, but since you brought it up, he does happen to sell them .
I donot work for street&comp, I have nothing to gain from promoting tires, however I did go to njms this past weekend to help him because he was short handed with races at both places. Fri,sat and sun I did nothing but change tires, swaping out rains and back and forth with the change in weather .
Now I've only had a real bike for 6 yrs , and i ve found that its hard to find nonbiased info about products, so when I hear of something good , I try to share the best I know how.
So the remarks I was getting from the people who switched over to r10's from something else, was unbelievable. Literally 1 guy wanted to sell his brand new sets , to get the r10's. So I di spend some time googling, and I didn't find 1 negative remark. Normally people would say great tire but I'm satisfied with what I have, but not even those comments, take a minute and google, it might do your lap times some good, even your wallet, these things are suposed to last atleast 2 times longer, I am truly impressed, I am on a budgt als with 3 kids , everythig helps

    Re: new sticky tires

A set of tires really make that big of a difference on lap times? I mean aren't most these tires moderately similar with slightly different feel?

Please don't whack me I'm just a track day rider that doesn't have a race pace to make this type of comparison.

Maybe I'm the asshat here (or the guy who started drinking at 3:30), but I have a hard time getting through post with such horrible spelling and grammar. Glad you liked the tires, but I can't help but think that the review came from a seven-year-old using a cell phone. Basically I'm unconvinced that you have an IQ capable of objectively reviewing anything.

Well if helping with spelling is what Dunlops are good for now, then Bridgestones are good at math, -1 second and -$100 per set compared to Ntecs.
Oh yeah I found your competition Kitt.He brings his Ntecs to the spelling bee too.

In BluGixxer's defense, he was just stating what he heard/saw. He never said he ran them, Not to many people in the Northeast have seeing as the fronts are just now available for shipment to us. Some Mid-Atlantic guys had the fronts last weekend.

So you guys aren't affiliated, but you come to his rescue? lol

Witty response, and a true sales pitch. Hat off... the -1 sec at Loudon stands to be proven I suppose...

Lap times alone aren't the only reason I run Dunlops, they have a great staff, and have always treated me great, when I was doing 29's or 14's.

Good point... terrible spelling, grammar and general writing skills, but at least he gave a good plug for something with which he has no direct experience.

    Re: new sticky tires

Once again, never claimed to have skills in the writting dept.
As for personal experiance, I saw firsthand reactions to the people who ran r 10s, they where more than happy.
Just pointing out something I saw as good.
Google it, or ask people who used the tire. Or don't.
If my grahmer is that bad , don't read it.
But seriosly, why do you start drinking at 3:30 in the afternoon, call yourself an "asshat" , then insult someone who tries to piont out a product that has nothing but great reviews.
maybe you should stick to koolaid durring the day
