People suck.
people use to do stuff like this up around my parents house on the trails as well as taking a board with screws and nails sticking out of the top of it and covering it with leaves or dirt in the middle of the trails, use to really f up the horses that were ridden out there as well as the bikes and quads
I hope they go for attempted murder if they get caught!
This happened to me on a dirt bike... fortunately it was thicker than fishing line and I saw it last minute.
Same here. I happened to be standing, and I caught it across my chest. It sounded like a .22 rifle when it snapped. Good thing it broke, though. I never reported it, as many times I am not sure I am supposed to be where I am.....
yeah... i was on the power lines myself (it was between the poles)... never reported either but looked around good and hard in case the fucker was hoping to watch!
Doing some wheeling in the old jeep when we came across a line strung out just after a jump (assuming for dirtbikes/quads). It was along some power lines in central MA, we climbed on the roof of my jeep to cut it down, only reason we saw it was because it was raining and dripping off the line. I think the line was probably five feet after the jump around chest height on me standing on my jeep cherokee with 6"s of lift and 33" tires.... Makes me want to stay in the Jeeps truthfully.

Do people seriously not have anything else better to do? I mean, who has enough time on their hands that they have time to plan and set something like this up? Hope karma gives them a nice rebar to the head one day.
probably readers of the anarchist cookbook, i remember reading through my friends copy years back and there was one part telling you to hook a wire from tree to tree crossing the road at and angle. Any car that hit it would slide into the tree it was tied to
People seem to be way too destructive!
