MSO bike in MA

Does anyone know if you can register a bike for street use in MA with only an MSO and a vin? The bike has headlights and tailights but was imported for off road use only (RS125).

not as far as I know, but I know of it being done in NH with an RS125, It would probably depend on the town you were in and how well you know the local RMV people. Aprilia sells a street kit for the bike from their catalogue
