There use to be a company that made generic replacement parts for exhaust syustems. My problem is, I have a crash can that I use for trackdays (Muzzy Ti) and the cover is a wreck but the end caps are 100%. I need to repack as it is obnoxious now. When I pull it apart I was looking to re-skin the thing with a carbon sleeve....anyone have any links or advice. I don't wanna use Muzzy and they only make Aluminum covers for the round exhausts now.....not Ti/carbon. I want carbon.

Give the guys at renegade exhaust a call... They are a company out of the UK and they hand lay all of the carbon stuff.. They sold me a new sleve for my Mille

How much? I know Hindle makes sleeves but it's kinda pricey.

I don't remember. Send him an email with what size you need length, shape and Diameter. Tell him that someone who has the Mille exhaust told you about it. His name is Jorge. Go onto the all others site and find his email.

Yup Jorge is the guy...He's in England...But not sure if he can help you with the Muzzy profile...He makes pipes for the Mille', and Sv's and stuff....Give him a shout...I know he is really busy at the moment, so be patient for a return email...

If you can't get to him let me know....
Mark, isn't that the guy you know? My Muzzy is 100mm (like 4") diameter and 18" long. If he can't do it, I might just go with the Hindle sleeve. I'm gonna repack it with plain old fiberglass roll and re-rivet the bitch. Got a nice new tool too! You'll have to swing by one of these nights and take a looksie.
