A couple more:
Burlington Moto Werks (I know...BMW...whatever...the S1000RR is going to hit the sport bike scene like a ton of bricks)
Pole Position (sounds like a strip club, but with "Cycle Design" or "Motoshop" or something like that, could work better)
Try and add "Werks", "Design" or "Cycle" to the end of some of the names you like. "Docs MOTODesign" "Docs Cycle Werks"
Something like that.
Maybe "Green State MotoWerks"
