O.K so it was a rough weekend and I may have killed too many brain cells, but I can't find the cost of the Penguin Racing School anywhere on their site.
I found special event weekend prices and rental equipment prices, but how much is just a regular weekend race course? I was planning on doing the April 22nd course....anyone else getting their license this spring?
Thanks

Last i knew it was $220 for the Friday school.
Are you going to use the R1 or something else?![]()

No More R1's on the track for me. I totalled my last one back in Oct at the track. Liter bike is a bit much for a beginner racer on that track.
I'm gonna be buying a 600 to race this season, hopefully real soon.
In a worst case scenario I can use the R1 just to get my license if I haven't got my 600 by then.
Thanks for the info!

The thing that sucks if you want to use your R1 to get your license is you will have to fully race prep the bike![]()

I am also interested in the Penguin school. I see a 2 day race school and then track days as well.
Has anyone here attended the track days? If so, what were your experiences?
Any info is appreciated...thanks!

I'm doing the school the 22nd.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
Track days first, then Penguin RR School IF YOU PLAN TO RACE.
Penguin is a race-prep school. For those who don't plan to race, come to a track day with some informal instruction, or go to a school with formal instruction, such as CA Superbike School
