how is the quality?
longevity? waterprooficity?
bag will be in the sun indefinitely...but I did that with tourmaster saddle bags, and they sun faded within a few months
I found a guy that used to work in moto sales and has a handful of "salesman" variants of nelson-riggs tank bags for $40-$50...he pretty much said those were the models that salesman used on the road...so they couldn't be sold as new
I got this one (pretty much looks brand new) for $40
checked CG because they're the gold standard for cheap...and their cheapest tank bag is also $40...I vaguely remember the name nelson-riggs, so I bought it
here's his ebay auction: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Nelson-R...item2ecb4d0cba
and he's got a garage full of the stuff...I might buy another one haha

I have a few of them. One sPent years on the bikes and was used everyday. They're fine.
Not waterproof though, although they did come with a separate rain cover.
Any black nylon will fade in the sun. Get some Aerospace 303 and give it a quick squirts every month or so.
