Hats off to NEMRR for getting the word out about the races this weekend. I've been hearing plenty of advertising on local radio, something I don't really remember that much of in years past. I truly hope this turns out to be a successful weekend and the weather cooperates. I know I can't fuckin' wait!

Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
Nice.
I saw they mentioned having a rain date of Sunday too, so looks like they are trying to make it work.
the big pro teams cant control the date of the Classic this time by leaving on sunday. i'm sure the series was banking on a big profit from gate fees to recover expenses of the weekend. vendors and everyone lost out because of the big race happening in the rain last year.

I plan on coming up but not if it’s raining. It was awesome seeing so many of you last year, but a 9 hour race with 300 restarts with 2 toddlers wasn’t ideal lol
My post from the "Stonnerstock 2024?" thread...
Weather is starting to look up for the weekend. I'm not one to look too far ahead, and I certainly don't listen to the typical media talking heads when they try to. But I think tomorrow (Friday) & Saturday are going to be a lot more clear than they were calling it. To me, this Sunday may be the wettest day of the weekend. But it'll be more scattered with some sunny breaks mostly in the afternoon. Even then any showers will be spotty and quick moving - nothing long-term or drenching.
I have a funny feeling next week is going to be a lot better than they're predicting too. We're gonna see a lot more sun than they're currently harping about. Most of the real humid stuff is gonna stay away which should help thwart typical NH afternoon thunderstorms. More humidity may start rolling in towards the middle to end of the week next week, but I think summer will start to make it's push about then.
All in all I think it's going to be a lot nicer for Bike Week than we've been hearing. I'm also confident Saturday's Classic & ASRA Outlaw Bagger race will be dry. In fact, I'll go out on a limb here and say most of the racing this weekend will be rain free.
Stay tuned for the full weather report. Back to Vovchandr on the political climate in Washington...

Now that's a forecast I can get behind.

Big Shirl & I will be there tomorrow (Friday) afternoon, Saturday & Sunday. We'll do some roaming of the pits, hang out up at the Toyota turn area, and just be tooling around. Hoping to somehow run into some of you dickheads at some point while we're there. I'll see if I can scrape up some worn out NESR schwag to wear to stand out, but I'm not sure if anything has survived this long other than a couple hoodies.

Impressive times and showing but the out-of-towners.
Boring race overall, not much passing, nothing crazy.
Came up. Saw the race and left. Didn’t mingle with anyone. Saw JC and Cole that’s it.
