NESR history question

I found this board one day,and I have been lurking around ever since. ( my post count sucks.)


We really, really have to get some more rides going around Northern, VT this summer.

It was a wheelie out of the 93 tolls. But yeah, that spawned the argument that lead to "Fuckity fuck fuck FUCK!!!". Chris Q. and I had been tossing the idea of starting our own sportbike site for a while at that point, and that was the incident that pushed it into motion.

I wasn't on that ride, I just remember you getting shit for doing a stoppie, on 123 ?

best rides I remember were you, jay, degs, captain roadkill? don't remember his name, and the guy tht moved to CA don't remember his name either maybe a few other guys, sutton, gilbert ? always around 5 or 6 and I usually rode sweep

even a lecture from a local leo

I hate to guess how fast you guys in front of me were going on your litre bikes as much as a half mile ahead of me and I was close to 4x the posted speed

and the strangest thing, that leo has a rep for being a hardass

Was that the same ride when PG was in the lead and came up with the idea to collect everyones money for the toles and just make one stop? probably would have worked great..if he didn't end up in a exact change lane Seeing him stuff a bunch of ones in that bin was priceless!!

Degs, JC (Frankenhardon), Paul Gilbert (that's the guy you can't remember) and me traversed the Kanc in all of about 12 minutes. We were so far ahead of you guys, we had time to stop-leave a leak-have a smoke-and talk about doing it again backwards before all ya'll caught up! JC & I commonly refer to that day as the 'riding like we were all on crack' day ride...

Actually, I remember bits and pieces of that ride. I saw 177MPH indicated on PG's R1 on the Kank. I got a tankslapper on the RC51 at about 160 after hitting a HUGE pothole. I believe Adam Vella was with us, too.

After that ride, we promised to "never speak of this". Only took ya 6 years to crack, Randy. Lightweight.

but, actually No, I believe that was a different ride, the ride you wadded the RF on, we made the loop in the opposite direction

then there was the photo op ride when I scraped my bar end mirror and nearly shat myself , at least I stayed in my lane in that decreasing radius righthander the Ian swore he saw air under my tires , Degs went wide, a little later, we stopped to get pics of degs & jc doing simultaneous wheelies in parallel, amd later sparks off jc's peg feelers

I came to his defense without ever knowing him. That's actually how I met Frankenslut. We hooked up for a ride shortly thereafter where I said I'd welcome his antics so long as they were well placed. Even came out of the closet 'over there' and openly admitted I admire the talent it takes. Shortly after that he started talking about starting up a site with his boy Quigs. Told him I'd help any way I could. Next thing ya know, fuckity-fuck-fuck-FUCK and it's up & running. They asked for help pimping it out. Next thing ya know, NESR was born - a site where just about anything goes and just about anybody was welcome. I miss it...

You mean this ISN'T the super top secret hidden recruitment site for the New England Chapter of NAMBLA???? And I was beginning to be so sure...

I guess you have never been on a ride with 1/2 squid, TheIglu, Rmbbikes, Jen750, Skiierx, Mycirus, and a few others I can't remember. Got so bad at one point we wouldn't post rides cuz of that shit. We ride "spirited" as it's called and respectfell of each other. I heart NESR rides.

Was this the night we were going back to Jays after hanging out at the local watering hole? Jay and you were the only NH residents in the pack. And I remember you coming up from the back, we were moving pretty good before we all got pulled over in the wee hours.
Speaking of that night, what in the hell were the names of the other 2 that were with us? The blondie and dude who we later found out gave us a false name.

Yeah, I remember that night. we were coming into Epsom and we got pulled over. Someone managed to hand out the gum to everyone before the cop came over to us. We got away without even a warning.

Those two, WTF were their names. Bill and ?????. Turned out his was a false name. Fucked up situation.
