I think that this took place with errors on both sides. I mean how fast can a big truck turn? 40 -50 mph? I doubt it.
Rear brake only on a big heavy bike like that, thats not going to cut it. I mean I dont want to pile on a dead man here, may he RIP. But hopefully there is something learned here by others still alive...

thats exactly what it is...punishment. you fucked up. someone is dead...you lose. why is that hard to grasp? christ...at this point the suspension is almost over.
while were at it...why dont we just say that if Chalifour hadnt left the house that day there wouldnt have been an accident at all."The collision most likely would not have occurred," Zubkus said, if Chalifour had used all of his motorcycle's braking power. After a police investigation, it was determined from such evidence as the skid marks left on the ground that Chalifour had used only his back brakes, which constitute only 30 percent of the motorcycle's braking ability.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

Heres a condom. I figured since youre acting like a dick, you should dress like one too.
Depending on the bike the rear brake does a lot more than 30%. I know riding choppers the front brake does pretty much nothing and the rear holds the majority of stopping power. Bottom line you don't cause an accident and say 'well if he wasn't driving there it wouldnt' have been a problem'

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
