Thats funny, I have done two trackdays and only dragged my peg once, and were riding the same bike. I'm already signed up for July 2nd at Loudon. Put your money were your mouth is.
Ops, I forgot I dragged them the first road ride this season. Along with dragging passenger pegs, front fairing and little of the tail.

Ok...I was having fun here, and you guys had to let the cat outta the bag Huh?

My RZ was very far from stock....it actually had a higher top speed than your typical SV650.
AAMRR put it in the 600 class.....Of course the RZ's would kick the crap outta the 600's then...But a lot has happened to the 600 since then.

Still, get me a decently prepped EX500, like I said, I gotta learn the lines, and we can't be racing...(i promised my wife that I wouldn't get back into it), and it is a track day, but it would be fun to have you chase me around!

Its not the bike, its the rider, at both trackdays I was passing Ducatis ,Gixxers, Hondas and Buells. I tried chasing Degsy once when he was on Janksters TLS and he was gone. Snaggle when by me on his Hurricane 600 followed by Jankster. For the most part I thought we were at equal skill levels, and were running close to the same lap times. A fast guy on an EX will blow a shitty rider away no matter what he's riding, especially at Loudon with its short straights.

Send out your check for $225 to Tony and your in.

    Kevin,
I was originally gonna go with Rye. We were gonna trailer the bikes up. But I think Rye won't be making it, which means I gotta ride my bike there. I really don't want to ride it there, considering I was gonna prep it the day before, which would make it ILLEGAL! So now I gotta figure out how to get the bike up there. My car doesn't have a hitch.
Plus my wife and kids are coming too, and My Buds from PRO-Motion racing will be up for the weekend. They normally run at Poccano...

So I gotta figure a way to get the TZ750 up there to have at it with the KID!

I'm going to be in northern VT that week for vacation, I was planning on leaving from there in the morning. If for some reason plans change I would have no problem hooking up, I do have a trailer and tow vehicle.

I checked out the sportrider trackday page and the NHIS page. What exactly are the "Open Test Days - Motorcycles 1pm - 5pm"???

It doesn't cost anything to go up on a track day to be a spectator does it???

    Thx,

    -F
