    Re: Who paints bikes?

Rich at Landrics recently painted the race bodywork on my SV650. I was blown away by the quality I got for the price. I never expected the paint and finish quality I got for the money Rich charged me. He painted a full set of race glass with number plates and clear coat. Should also note I didn't want to repaint the tank so I brought a piece of the old bodywork along for a color match. Mind you the color I had was not a standard one. Rich managed to match the color perfectly and give me a pint of paint for touch ups later. Should also point out his turn around was fast and as stated when I dropped the bodywork off. The only delay was caused by me getting my ass down there to pick it up. He also quoted me a price that did not change post job.

Rich is also a friendly and easy going guy to deal with. You won't go wrong....

    Re: Who paints bikes?

Well thanks, all. I'm thinking about colors. There are some greens, darker ones like British racing green (as if anyone remembers that color), couple of shades of blue with a mild metal flake in the finish. Red's out, cops seem to zero in on that. C-14's a complex bike to paint I guess, plus the hard bags. Wanna get it right the first time. If/when I do it, I'll pass through these guys' shops and see what they think. Tx!

    Re: Who paints bikes?

Dude, all I can tell you is that Rich's work is first class and original. I have colors on my bike that were created by him personally. He has FULLY painted 2 of my bikes and I get nothing but compliments on them. Also, I didnt break the bank with him. He is wicked creative and awesome. He is probably one of the most laid back and fair painter I know. I actually chose him to do my work before my own families shop. I will NEVER let anyone touch my body work besides Landrics Customs.

    check out the work
