Mass. man killed in NH motorcycle crash


LACONIA, N.H. -- One Massachusetts man is dead and another is recovering from injuries after a motorcycle accident in Laconia, New Hampshire.

Police identified the dead man as 51-year-old Roy Boss of Plymouth, was killed in the accident just before 1 a.m. Friday. A second motorcyclist, 53-year-old Robert Costello of Carver, was injured.

Police said Boss apparently lost control on a corner, left the road and was ejected. Costello was riding behind Boss, went into a skid and laid his motorcycle down on the pavement.

there hasn't been a lot of news regarding bike week this year, for whatever reason....even in concord, there are noticeably fewer bikes than normal, though Loudon Road still gets hopping around dinnertime.

regardless, RIP fellow rider, and heal quick to the other one.
