Have an old DriRider suit that I’ve worn in frog stranglers for years. But now it has worn out in a few places.
Anyone bought on recently? BMW makes one, as does Spidi and AlpineStars. They’re all about $125 and none have great reviews.

I really like what I've wound up with. It's not motorcycle gear but it's near-perfect.
Frogg Toggs "Pro Advantage" bib overalls, with a nylon bicycling windbreaker I already had (happens to be Pearl Izumi but that's not important... any waterproof nylon shell will do)
I paid about $50 at Amazon, but looking just now I see that they're under $30. A no-brainer.

What's great about this is the zipper ends well above the waist and the overalls come high up, so there's no leakage or pooling around the waist area (typically what people complain about). Also, you can easily take the jacket off to stay cool on those steamy days when you come in out of the deluge and don't want to get fully undressed, unlike a one-piece.
As with all Frogg Toggs, the material is very thin and compresses easily. All my rain gear goes in the end pocket of my gear duffel. It'd easily fit into the tail compartment of most bikes.
Keeps me perfectly dry.

^^ That bib looks great.
I, too, use a two-piece with bib pants, the Tourmaster Defender, the earlier model, have used it in light rain but not full immersion. I like the built-in hood, goes inside your helmet. I maintain the seams with tent seam sealer, using Kenyon Seam Sealer 3.
Reviews of the Defender 2.0 sounds good:

Any time I've tried any one-piece, I find myself tripping all over myself getting it on. I did take a look at the Revit at Seacoast Sport Cycle some time ago, looked good, did not buy, not sure if they still carry it.

And don't believe everything you think.
I had a great Alpinestars one that I lost years ago. I'd buy one again.

I know they aren't one piece but +1 on the frogg toggs! I picked mine up at wally world on clearance cheap. They pack really small as well.
I bought a x2 large 1 piece in the past. It’ll fit over everything. Dunno the brand but the elastic strap that goes under your boot don’t use. Your rear sets will grab it. I eventually got Tourmaster boots for rain. All you need is a shell bug enough to fit over your gear.
One piece sucks balls
I have 3x two piece so it will go over anything I have on
But if rain is probable I will leave with the pants on, and only use the jacket if it starts
The calculus of hate
It is not that I should win it is that you should lose
It is not that I succeed it is that you fail
It is not that I should live it is that you should die
Riding in the rain?!? Sounds dangerous - just take the cage, man!
I've got a rev it 1 piece suit and I think it's great.
Aerostitch makes an excellent one-piece rain suit. It's over a grand, though. I have never seen a cheap rain suit that was any good.
I have a set of Frogg Toggs as well and I like them a lot. I got mine at Walmart for well under $50. They have a lot of larger sizes so you should be able to find a set that will go over any other gear you may be wearing.

Not likely. Never seen the bibs anywhere but online.
Unfortunately I don't have the bibs but I wouldn't hesitate to buy a set based on how my regular pants perform. Mine are definitely oversized which allows for some respectable overlap between the coat and pants. I don't use them on the motorcycle however.

Damn I feel like the cheap one. I still have my no name brand from Walmart 5+ years ago. Used maybe 20+ times. Still working well.
My DriRider is 33....
Bought the BMW suit from Max BMW via Amazon. Not entirely sure I have the right size, have to try it on over my gear. Has a lot of good features. $156 delivered.
