Auto tuners work SO much better when they are plugged in....
Lol, we've all been there
Really appreciate all the progress and consistent posts, Jim. So many steps of this are beyond my personal "yeah I'd try that" limit; great to see you working through the stuff as it arises.

Found someone with the tuning cable to connect the laptop to the bike, but figured out I can download the Bluetooth link app on the laptop to flash the ECU via laptop Bluetooth.
Selected the 2018 Grom stock map and we’re off…

Current issue is there are still no RPMs on the dash. Will keep troubleshooting that.
The bike is essentially ridable once the front sprocket arrives.
Remaining list:
- order new muffler (tomorrow)
- install new O2 sensor (arrives Monday)
- install crankcase breather filter (arrives a week from today)
- oil the air and breather filters
- install chain
- install plastics
- trim front plastics to fit radiator
- setup dash again

New Hindle muffler arrives tomorrow.
New O2 sensor arrives Monday.
Crankcase breather arrives Tuesday.
No update on the front sprocket.
Killed my new lithium battery from all the ECU and dash config and starts. Swapped back to the OEM till I get a lithium charger.

You can use a regular charger, just unplug it once it says the batt is charged to keep it from cooking the batt in float mode, no worries.
Pipe expander now, rent/borrow, get things mounted and running. Pocket the cost of the exhaust... then down the line, if the bad thing happens, spend the money then?
Ok, $150, go for it. I was thinking it'd be $500 or more.
