    I have no idea what you're trying to say, but a bike going 40mph hitting a car going 40mph going in the opposite direction is like hitting a parked car at 80... If that's what you're saying then ok.

    OK, I'm sure it's not a direct proportion, but it involved about ten times the force of any crash I've experienced on the track where objects are moving in the same direction, or are fixed.

    between 2 of the same-type vehicles, traveling at the same speed, colliding head-on

    EQUALS

    the force of 1 of those vehicles hitting a "parked car."
