ohh, and if you're thinking of carrying in MA, you better know the rules and regs on carrying before you do. MA is one of those "liberal" states, akin to hippies. A gun in MA is almost worthless, but it will definitely make you feel better having it on you... I used to carry everywhere I possibly could... then I had to sell my pistol because I needed the money, but I'll be getting a new one soon. All I'm saying is, know what you're getting into if you do decide to buy, and make sure you're responsible with it and follow ALL of the rules and regs, else it can easily wind up biting you in the ass hard.

I dunno, maybe a gas operated metal blowback pellet gun from Airsoft Guns SHORTY USA might suffice just as well

just wondering if anyone carries while riding, im thinking of packing, or atleast getting a big knife when riding at night now, reason, my brother was almost robbed 2 nights ago, at a stop light and it kinda freaks me out that it can happen, and i want to atleast have somekind of protection what do you guys think?

Dude, do not get caught concealing a large knife. Even with a gun permit you would go to jail for carrying a large knife on you. Just get the gun. Shoot it, practice with it, you'll love it.

I think you need to have a permit for pepper spray in MA. At least I think you did back in 01-02ish.

if you area MA resident, you need to obtain an FID card to carry pepper spray. FYI, if you are not a MA resident, to legally carry pepper spray, you need a non resident class A license which requires you to pass a firearms course taught by a MA approved firearms instructor. On top of that, as a non MA resident you must renew each year @ a cost of $100 each year

Listen up all, never, let me repeat, NEVER carry a BB gun, I have scraped a handful of people off of the street because they had a BB gun and the next guy had a real gun.

the ones that haven't gotten killed almost did, and if you look today, a guy pulled a fakey out of his pocket and got shot in the Boston Common.

If you think you need to cut through sketch town at night, do little things... if the light is red slow down from waaay back so that by the time you get there the light will be green. Always give yourself a way out.

The chief in Lowell rarely gives LTC permits. You have to have an extremely good reason. Theres always a move to Canada in your future?
