Quick RI Title question

I bought an out of state bike (ZZR600) and registered it about 1 month ago. The bike is a 2006 and was registered in RI using a clean NH title. I paid the tax plus an additional $65 or so in fees.

I assumed they would issue me a new title and send it in the mail, but i thought i'd have it by now. I would think the $65 or so i paid would include the fee for a new title. Do they issue a new title automatically, and if so how long does it typically take?

I just bought a GSXR-750 so i'll be listing my ZZR for sale in the next few days, but i don't have a new RI title yet.

RI titles sometimes take upto 3 months, I've always gotten mine just about 2 months from the time I registered the bike

Ok thanks, i didn't expect it to take quite that long.

So now i have to wait a month to sell it.
